From North: Take the A1 Milan-Naples Autostrada del Sole and continue towards the A2 motorway until you reach Naples.
From there, take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway and take the Vietri sul Mare exit which will take you along the Strada Statale 163.
The journey from Vietri sul Mare to Maiori takes approximately 18 minutes or 15.8 kilometres.

By Bus
Sita is a company that deals with public transport and travels in the complex coastal territory and connects the Amalfi Coast with Salerno, Naples and Sorrento. To travel by bus you need a ticket to be stamped once on board and that you can buy in all the bars and tobacco shops of the Amalfi Coast.
By Plane
Once you arrive at Naples Capodichino Airport, the Alibus service will take you to the Piazza Garibaldi train station, where you can take the train to Salerno. From Salerno you can reach Maiori with the Sita bus lines. The buses run very frequently and leave right in front of the station exit. Salerno is 19.8 kilometers from Maiori, with a travel time of about 24 hours.
By Train
If you decide to travel by train, the closest train stations are SALERNO STATION in Piazza Vittorio Veneto and CENTRAL STATION IN Piazza Garibaldi in NAPLES.
By train from Salerno: once you arrive at Salerno station in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, you can reach Maiori with the SITA bus or with the convenient ferries. The trips are quite frequent both by land and by sea. The buses leave right outside the station, while the ferries leave from the seafront, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Salerno is 19.8 kilometers from Maiori, with a travel time of about 30 minutes, traffic permitting.
By train from Naples: once you arrive at the central station, you can reach the ircumvesuviana station and take the trains that connect Naples with the Sorrento Peninsula. This way you will arrive in Sorrento; from here, the SITA buses leave for Maiori and the Amalfi Coast.
